Adaptive Surfing

Adaptive Surfing – Parasurfing South Africa has already inspired so many lives. Witnessing Danito, a blind surfer going in at Muizenburg, Cape Town is one of the most powerful moments I have experienced.

Adaptive surfing South Africa aims to give disabled people, freedom through surfing. So far they have changed many lives and look forward to the sport growing this year again.

The third world championship in La Jolla, San Diego just ran in November and we came home with a silver medal for Antony Smyth! Well done Ant!

To help raise awareness around adaptive surfing and create a product that will make it easier for adaptive surfers to get into a wetsuit, we are running a Wetsuit Design Competition with Reef Wetsuits. There are amazing prizes up for the top 3 designers and Reef will make the winning wetsuit design!

Change lives and enter the design competition on our website: www.create4.co.za

Entries are taken from the 15 January – 21 April 2018
